Prior to joining KOS Executive, Alex was the Executive Vice President of DHR International and previously the Managing Director of Boyden International. He leads senior-level searches primarily in the Retail, FMCG, and Industrial practice groups.  Over the years he has established an unsurpassed track record in the recruitment of top-level positions including “C” searches in a variety of functional areas spanning different industries and locations across the Asia Pacific. ​

Alex started his professional career in Human Resources with one of the largest conglomerates in Hong Kong, the Hutchison Group.  Thereafter, he joined Esso Hong Kong, where he was engaged in all aspects of Human Resources and Public Affairs activities in S E Asia including Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. ​

​Born and raised in Hong Kong, Alex received his Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees from the University of Wisconsin in the USA.  He is also an experienced public speaker and has lectured on a wide range of topics at conferences, seminars, and academic institutions.
