About The Client

We are seeking for highly skilled and experienced System Support Specialist to join a global healthcare group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing healthcare system and application support to clients, ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and systems within the group. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer/user support, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Previous client-facing experience in a healthcare setting would be highly preferred.


Job Description

  • Report to IT head in global, provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, both remotely and onsite in Hong Kong
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide resolution or escalate issues as necessary
  • Conduct thorough analysis of application and system problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and systems
  • Assist in installation, configuration, deployment of new software and systems (both software and hardware)
  • Document technical issues and prepare user training



Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical/application support, preferably at healthcare or vendor industries
  • Familiar with clinical, inventory, laboratory, analyzer management systems is preferred
  • With client facing experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge in SQL
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good command in both English and Chinese (Fluent in both Cantonese & Mandarin)
