\u200bAfter a long period of anticipation and waiting, KOSers from Hong Kong and Mainland China can finally gather together at our monthly meeting held in Shenzhen. Due to the epidemic situation, a lot of colleagues in Mainland Chian were meeting our Hong Kong team for the first time. Everyone felt excited about being able to meet each other in person. KOS Founder and Executive Director, Jackson Chan, shared with all KOSers the corporate growth journey of KOS, allowing KOSers to have a deeper understanding of KOS’ past developments and unforgettable moments. Jackson also shared the ups and downs along the path of founding and growing KOS. He regards all colleagues as a family and understands the importance of each role and position. Every KOSer is an indispensable part for the development of KOS.\u7d93\u904e\u4e86\u6f2b\u9577\u7684\u671f\u76fc\u548c\u7b49\u5f85\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u548c\u5167\u5730\u00a0 \u00a0KOSers\u00a0\u7d42\u65bc\u53ef\u4ee5\u805a\u9996\u4e00\u5802\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4eca\u6b21\u5c07\u6bcf\u6708\u4f8b\u6703\u79fb\u5e2b\u5230\u6df1\u5733\u8209\u8fa6\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u75ab\u60c5\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u5167\u5730\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u540c\u4e8b\u90fd\u662f\u9996\u6b21\u8ddf\u9999\u6e2f\u540c\u4e8b\u8e2b\u9762\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u5c0d\u65bc\u53ef\u4ee5\u9762\u5c0d\u9762\u4ea4\u6d41\u90fd\u611f\u5230\u8208\u596e\u3002KOS\u5275\u59cb\u4eba\u53ca\u57f7\u884c\u8463\u4e8bJackson Chan\u70ba\u5168\u9ad4\u00a0 \u00a0KOSers\u00a0\u6e96\u5099\u4e86\u516c\u53f8\u7531\u6210\u7acb\u5230\u767c\u5c55\u6210\u73fe\u6709\u904e\u767e\u4eba\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7d93\u6b77\u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u8b93\u540c\u4e8b\u5011\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u5230KOS\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u6b65\u4f10\u548c\u96e3\u5fd8\u9ede\u6ef4\u3002Jackson\u66f4\u5206\u4eab\u4e86\u4ed6\u5011\u7576\u521d4\u4eba\u5275\u8fa6KOS\u00a0\u7684\u5fc3\u8def\u6b77\u7a0b\u53ca\u9ad8\u4f4e\u8d77\u8dcc\uff0c\u4ed6\u8996\u5168\u9ad4\u540c\u4e8b\u70ba\u4e00\u5bb6\u4eba\u4ea6\u6df1\u523b\u660e\u767d\u5230\u6bcf\u500b\u5d17\u4f4d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u6bcf\u4f4d\u540c\u4e8b\u90fd\u662fKOS\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u200bTeam leaders also took this opportunity to introduce their team members and share business results with other KOSers. KOS has always believed in close communication and cooperation across teams and departments – everyone in the Group should have a clear understanding of the operations of different departments in different regions in order to enhance synergy among teams.\u5404\u90e8\u9580\u4e3b\u7ba1\u4ea6\u7c4d\u6b64\u6a5f\u6703\u4ecb\u7d39\u5176\u90e8\u9580\u54e1\u5de5\u53ca\u5206\u4eab\u696d\u52d9\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4e88\u5176\u4ed6KOSers\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u4e00\u76f4\u5805\u6301\u8de8\u5718\u968a\u3001\u8de8\u90e8\u9580\u7dca\u5bc6\u6e9d\u901a\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u597d\u8b93\u5927\u5bb6\u66f4\u6e05\u6670\u4e86\u89e3\u5404\u5730\u5340\u4e0d\u540c\u90e8\u9580\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u597d\u597d\u64ec\u5b9a\u5408\u4f5c\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u200bWe also had lunch and dinner together, such that colleagues from Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou were able to know each other better.
