This is consistent with the direction of China\u2019s 15th Five-Year Plan, which supports Hong Kong SAR\u2019s development as an international financial centre, international innovation and technology hub, and international hub for high-caliber talent, while accelerating the Northern Metropolis as a major future growth engine.<\/span><\/p>\n

Against this backdrop, Hong Kong SAR\u2019s hiring strategy in 2026 is best understood as selective, capability-led, and policy-aware. The market is rewarding talent that can bridge business and technology, local execution and regional connectivity, and immediate operational needs with longer-term strategic development priorities.<\/span><\/p>\n
