​KOS一直以來跟不同大專院校合作無間，早前 KOS 人才及文化總監 Winnie Tam 獲邀為香港中文大學學生分享：踏入職場前應如何裝備自己。KOS has always maintained a close relationship with different universities and colleges. Winnie Tam, KOS Head of People and Culture, was invited to share with the students of CUHK on how to equip themselves before starting their career.分享中 Winnie 提及態度和心態比技能更為重要，同學們應保持其主動性及積極學習的態度，他日踏足職場將可事半功倍。Winnie mentioned that having the right attitude and mentality are more important than job skills. Students should have a positive mindset with good learning attitude to develop a successful career in the future.
