We were delighted to host students from The Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Co-Operative Education Programme (Co-op@CUHK)!
Winnie Tam, our Head of People and Culture, introduced KOS’s collaborative culture, emphasizing our commitment to teamwork, cross-regional collaboration and employee development.
Rebecca Chan, our Managing Director, discussed KOS’s 3R guiding principles:
🔹 Responsible: We take ownership of relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring integrity and transparency.
🔹 Responsive: We adapt swiftly to changing stakeholder needs and market shifts with proactive strategies.
🔹 Resilient: We transform challenges into opportunities for growth, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Our Co-Founders and Executive Directors, Eddie Chan and Jackson Chan, shared their entrepreneurial journey, highlighting how understanding clients’ challenges and culture enables us to deliver tailored HR solutions. They also emphasized our dedication to helping candidates excel in their roles and our commitment to making positive social impacts.
At KOS, we actively participate in community initiatives and youth development programs, offering scholarships, mentorships and internships. We believe that investing in the next generation not only empowers individuals but also strengthens the broader community.
A big thank you to CUHK for this wonderful opportunity! 🙌
