Martin started off his career in retail operations management for few years, followed by another 2 years in a regional recruitment firm as Recruitment Consultant focused in retail recruitment.  With a view of broaden his exposure, Martin decided to join KOS in September 2017.  He is responsible for recruiting all levels positions within the Luxury Retail, Watches and Fine Jewellry and Fashion sectors.  Positions he handles including Store Manager, Store Supervisor, Sales Associate and more.
