​Sylvia is the Associate Director of Consumer Practices in KOS China, she handles all senior Business related (R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales&Marketing) hirings in China.

She has helped different type of clients (MNC/Join-venture/Local) at various stages of development, including the start-up stage from scratch, the iterative stage of new and old alternations, or the breakthrough stage of entering a completely new field, to build a talent pipeline and recruit core or key talents.

Bachelor degree from South China University of Technology in International Business and Economics. Prior joining, she had served at PwC Egypt and international recruitment firms
