The continued growth of e-commerce across Asia has made digitalization increasingly pivotal in the procurement and supply chain sector.  In response, we expect an increase in demand for professionals with strong AI implementation and process optimization skills.  At the same time, Hong Kong retains its fundamental advantage as key hub for international sourcing.  Though currently in shortage, having regional exposure to offshore countries and a strategic sourcing skillset will be highly desirable in the coming year.  We have also witnessed an increase in recruitment activity with regards to sustainability.
