Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working in Talent Acquisition team
- Manage full lifecycle of recruiting and selection process, including job ads posting, candidates sourcing, CVs screening, interviewing, etc.
- Liaise closely with line managers/ management team to identify recruitment needs, advise on market condition and recruitment trends
- Identify most effective sourcing channels and design workflow strategies for all searches to develop quality talent pools
- Handle and prepare of recruitment related reports
- Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements:
- 3 years or above recruitment working experience in recruitment either in in-house or agencies
- Degree/ Associate Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Familiar with statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations for Hong Kong
- Immediate available is highly preferred

Salary package:
- Monthly $28,000-30,000 (3months contract)
