Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all daily operations of the store
- Lead, develop and motivate front line staff to achieve sales targets
- Provide sales supervision in the selling floor
- Handle customer inquiry in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and manage the implementation of company regulations, operation policies and procedures.
- Arrange roster, including man power arrangement and leave planning
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of work experience in fashion retail industry with at least 2 years of experience in supervisory level
- Flexible, presentable, cheerful and detail minded with strong leadership skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in Chinese, Mandarin and English
- Able to work shift duty on weekend & public holidays
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
SALARY PACKAGE
- Monthly $28,000 - $32000
