Handle recruitment and onboarding in F&B operation functions, provide one-stop recruitment services from posting job advertisement, conducting interview, offer confirmation and contract signing. Prepare material and statistical data for management reports and meetings and support in review of HR recruitment strategy and procedures.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines with at least 3 years relevant experience, preferable in F&B/ Catering/ Hospitality institution
- Proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations for Hong Kong
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
