- Plan online marketing campaigns and solutions, propose digital advertising products and social media marketing services to clients
- Have passion for sales and able to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through managing a portfolio of existing and prospect accounts
- Understand marketing needs, prepare sales pitch materials and proposal, conduct cold and warm calls, in-person meetings and networking to identify potential business accounts and complete the sales cycle
- Be able to establish and sustain rapport and develop lasting business relationships with clients, media planners and media agencies through trusted advisory role
- Work closely with internal teams to review, develop and link business opportunities
Requirments
- University graduate preferably in business, social science or related discipline
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of solid experience in B2B sales, most preferred with the knowledge of advertising, media, digital marketing, event and etc
- Hungry for sales achievement with a strong desire to exceed individual target
- Self-motivated with the capability to work under pressure
- Social character with positive attitude towards new challenges
- A team player who is able to maintain excellent working relationships with clients and internal departments
- Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and develop sales pipeline
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Experienced talent would be considered as senior role
