Responsibilities:
- Develop and further grow the company portfolio to expand the market share of the company
- Identify new sales potential and to turn the market leads into buying customers by providing the right solutions to fully adapted to customers' needs
- Be a strong partner with Developers, Property Management professionals, E&M Consultants and E&M Contractors to cultivate, grow and strengthen existing relationship
- Participate in regular meetings with customers to deliver product presentation with your sales team
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Engineering or Science
- At least 5 years' relevant experience, preferably gained in HVAC, Building Automation or Building Services related products or solution segments.
- Self-initiated and motivated, and strong drive to succeed and exceed sales target
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with strong business sense
