About The Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our services to meet their needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to drive mutual success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, sharing relevant information with clients to enhance their business strategies.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in account management, sales management within the logistics industry
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Fluent English and Cantonese
