About our client
Our client is a fintech business in Hong Kong. They are now seeking an Account Payable Clerk to assist the accounting department's daily operation.
About the role:
- Administrative support to the accounts payable team
- Manage payment records and maintain filing system
- Disburse petty cash and claims, update accounting system, reconcile AP transactions
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Assist with a variety of adhoc tasks
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or above
- 1 year or above relevant accounting / administration experience
- Self-motivated, attention to details and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Good interpersonal skill and flexible personality to cope with a fast-paced environment
- Excel in MS Word and Excel, preferably with experience in accounting system
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available candidates highly regarded
