Accountant/ Senior Accountant - Up to HKD 45K
About the Client
Our client is a sizable HK listed property developer with a strong business presence in Hong Kong and China. Currently, they are looking for a seasoned Accountant to join their group finance team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
- Report to the Finance Manager
- Responsible for reporting and consolidation for the china projects/operations
- Support annual and interim reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Assistant in taxation matters
- Participate in system implementation
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- HKICPA/ACCA Chartered
- At least 5 years of relevant experience from sizable HK listed companies
- Consolidation experience for china business is preferred
- Work experience from property developer/ investor is an advantage
- Fast-paced, detail-minded, able to work independently as well as a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- User knowledge/ implementation experience of Oracle and/or Yonyou is an advantage
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
