About the Company
Our client is a prestigious retailer with global operations. To cope with their finance team expansion, they are looking for a seasoned Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting operations for Hong Kong and Macau markets.
About the Job
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a sizable team for daily accounting operations. You will be responsible for month-end closing, prepare financial reports, support process/ workflow enhancement, and coordinate with service providers for annual audit and taxation. You will provide operation support to overseas branches and provide trainings for the accounting staff. Also, you will handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.
About the Person
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
- At least 8 years of accounting experience gained from sizable corporations
- Relevant experience in retail/ FMCG/ F&B is preferred
- Excellent change management and team management skills
- System implementation experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Confident, hands-on and able to multi-task
- Immediately available is an advantage
