Responsibilities
- Update accounting records including accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and documents
- Handle bank reconciliation and account payable functions including cheque preparation and transaction recording
- Handle monthly and year-end closing
- Assist and handle other ad hoc assignments from the supervisor
Requirements
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above with LCCI Intermediate level
- 1-year accounting or finance experience
- Candidates are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- More experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
- Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
- Immediate availability is preferable
