About our Client


Our client is a MNC trading office and they are currently looking for an dynamic and fast-paced Admin Assistant to support the daily business operations of the business


About the Role

  • Provide full spectrum of administration supports including general office administration, procurement, fixed assets management, company events.
  • Prepare documents and files, and maintain records in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide clerical and administrative support and assist in handling HR duties
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure all assigned tasks are on-track
  • Assist with ad hoc activities if needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with a minimum 2 years experience in admin support
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fast paced, young and dynamic, able to work independently and be detail-oriented
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
