- Provide all-rounded clerical & administrative support to the frontline retail operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails
- Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties for business related issues
- Manage stock and perform stock count daily
- Prepare sales documents such as purchase orders and sales invoices
- Support and handle other ad-hoc assignments
- Associate degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 1 year experience in administration, retail operations or sales administrative support
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Experience in sales order follow up with customers and vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Immediate availability is preferable
