About our Client
We are representing a reputable multinational company with a sizeable operation in Hong Kong. They are looking for an Administration and Operational Excellence Manager with process improvement and digitalisation project management experience to join the team.
About the Role
- Lead a small team to manage and continuously improve the office facilities, including resource planning, facility management, budget control, venue set up and providing operation support
- Identify areas of inefficiency, develop strategies to improve processes using technology, implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Work with related parties/ vendor on implementing technology-driven solutions to optimise meeting room scheduling, resource allocation, and participant management
- Responsible for budgeting, cost planning and reports for management approval
- Revamp and review administration policies and procedures to ensure and enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in any ad hoc project if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in related discipline
- With minimum 8 years of office admin and project management experience in sizeable/ multinational firm
- Solid team leading experience with proven track record on operation efficiency projects
- Motivated and able to go-extra-miles
- Excellent communication, stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Advance in MS Office and knowledge of up-trend software
