About Our Client
Our client is a Private Equity firm with long history in Hong Kong and China, they are currently looking for an seasoned Admin Assistant to support offce admin and maintain office daily operation.
About The Role
- Report to the Secretary and provide business and general admin support on a daily basis including but not limited to answer phone enquiries, email correspondence and manage office supplies
- Assist in calendar management and meetings arrangement for management
- Data consolidation and assist in preparing quarterly/ monthly reports
- Support clerical duties including filing, data input, cheque issuing, credit card statement checking, etc.
- Handle and manage office facilities, including renovation and maintenance
- Assist with ad hoc activities if needed
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years experience as Admin Assistant, preferably from finance industry
- Excellent command in English and Chinese
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fast paced and dynamic, able to work independently and be detail-oriented
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediately available would be an advantage
