Responsibilities
- Provide general administration support, including presentation materials, tender and reports preparation
- Coordinate and support company events and activities
- Liaise with external parties in ordering company materials
- Provide administration support to senior management, room booking, meeting arrangement, etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in any disciplines
- 1-2 years human resources or administration experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
