About our Client
Our client is a sizable financial institution headquartered in Hong Kong and with a strong APAC presence. They are now seeking a dedicated individual to join them as the Administration Manager, and would manage a team and oversee both office administration and procurement matters.
About the Role
- Serve as the Head of Administration for the business
- Provide supervision over a team of 8 staff
- Responsible for overseeing the daily office administrative duties and ensuring practices and initiatives are in alignment with business needs
- Handle external vendors and review tenancy agreements
- Responsible for coordinating with the external vendors for office and IT supplies procurement
- Review and drive office administration policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate requirements
- Prepare annual budgets, monitoring and controlling of office expenses
- Responsible for office insurance review and renewal
- Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline is preferred
- A minimum of 15 years of hands-on Administrative and Office management experience and 10 years of supervisory experience gained from a sizable companies with a retail presence, experience from financial sector a plus
- Proven team leading capacity with a strong track record
- Result oriented and willingness to take initiatives
- Good project management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, good time management, planning and organization skills
