About our Client

Our client is a sizable financial institution headquartered in Hong Kong and with a strong APAC presence. They are now seeking a dedicated individual to join them as the Administration Manager, and would manage a team and oversee both office administration and procurement matters.

About the Role

  • Serve as the Head of Administration for the business
  • Provide supervision over a team of 8 staff
  • Responsible for overseeing the daily office administrative duties and ensuring practices and initiatives are in alignment with business needs
  • Handle external vendors and review tenancy agreements
  • Responsible for coordinating with the external vendors for office and IT supplies procurement
  • Review and drive office administration policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate requirements
  • Prepare annual budgets, monitoring and controlling of office expenses
  • Responsible for office insurance review and renewal
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline is preferred
  • A minimum of 15 years of hands-on Administrative and Office management experience and 10 years of supervisory experience gained from a sizable companies with a retail presence, experience from financial sector a plus
  • Proven team leading capacity with a strong track record
  • Result oriented and willingness to take initiatives
  • Good project management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, good time management, planning and organization skills
