An industry leading F&B group with business presence across Asia Pacific is now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Administration Manager.
About The Role
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. Ensure efficient and effective functioning of administrative processes, systems, and procedures.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the administrative staff. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and development opportunities.
- Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of office facilities. Coordinate with service providers for repairs, maintenance, and security systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Successful Applicant
- University degree holder in Business Administration and or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience gained from a labor intensive environment
- Hands on experience in the management of office renovation, relocation and maintenance is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
