About the Company
Our client is a U.S based nutrition company, focusing on weight loss and other health-related products. They are now expanding their business to APAC region and seeking for an Administration Officer to join their Hong Kong team.
About the Role
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for handling full spectrum of secretarial and administrative duties including travel arrangements, appointment scheduling etc. You will manage vendor invoice payment process, track invoice payment status and follow-through completion. You will also ensure smooth office operation and order office supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Degree holder in business management or other related disciplines
- At least 3 years of office administration experience
- Detail-minded and strong organization skills
- Able to multi-task and proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Willing to travel
- Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available would be an advantage
