Responsibilities
- Provide all-rounded clerical and administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Handle data entry, filing, and general office management
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is in working order
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements
- A recognized diploma in any discipline
- More than 1 year of working experience in administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese (Chinese word processing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability is preferable
