Our client is a historical service provider operates both in Hong Kong and Greater China, steadily grow in its industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Supervisor lead the admin team.
About the role
- Supervise a team of 2
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and facilities management duties but not limited to meeting rooms, pantries, shuttle bus and company drivers arrangement.
- Maintain good communication with internal and external stakeholders to maintain service delivery
- Prepare reporting and budget forecast
- Engage with ad hoc assignments if required
The Successful Candidate
- Diploma or Bachelor degree holders with minimum 5 years' experience in administration and facilities/ property management
- Previous team leading experience
- Humble and presentable
- Strong stakeholders management and organised
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
