Our client is an international luxury goods company. To provide a high quality of customer service, they are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their customer service team.
Responsibilities
- Work with retail sales team across stores in Hong Kong on the alignment of customer service
- Be flexible to handle exceptional cases regarding to complaint or repair
- Set up training session to showcase the product design to sales team
- Work with regional team and headquarter for quality improvement
- As the bridge to coordinate between HQ and local team
Requirement
- Bachelor degree is required
- At least 5 years of working experiences in fashion or WFJ industry after-sales
- Strong in verbal and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
- Computer literacy in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
