About Our Client
Our Client is a Pan-Asia Insurance firm with strong presence in the APAC region. They are now looking for an experienced Agency Development Manager to join their team.
About the Role
You will establish and implement strategic recruitment plan to drive agency's recruitment results. You will make use of agency recruitment contests, campaigns, events, collaborations with third parties and marketing team to achieve business objectives. You will regularly review and revamp agency packages to uplift recruitment effectiveness. You will monitor and communicate with agents and leaders on recruitment campaigns and conduct site visits.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
5+ years of agency recruitment and development experience
Familar with agency culture and local insurance market
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
