About the Client:
Our client is a reputable financial services firm with a need to hire an Agile Coach, responsible to cultivate the Agile practices across the organisation & enhance digital transformation.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Agile Coach, you will coach and cultivate the Agile practices across all levels within the team and organisation. You will engage Project Managers, Programmers and other product owners to foster the project delivery of digital applications. You will encourage cross-training and communication across team members.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- 5 years of experience in agile development and coaching.
- Agile Coaching or Scrum certified (CSM / PSM / CSPO / PSPO) preferred.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and process optimisation.
- Good Chinese and English.
