About the Company
Our client is a leading property developers with business expansion and operations spanning across Hong Kong and Greater China. To cope with the expansions plan, they are now seeking for a high calibre individual to join their leasing team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the main driver in developing the business strategies of shopping malls within the selected cities in HK or China. You will direct and lead team members to formulate the shopping mall operations strategies from tenants' mix plan & leasing, CRM & Marketing and drive all tenancy services of shopping mall.
About the Candidate
Applicants should be a University degree holder with over 12 years' solid experience in retail/shopping mall management from HK or China market. You will have strong business acumen, excellent inter-personal skills, self-motivated and high degree of initiative. Fluent Putonghua and English as well as strong negotiation skills are required.
