About The Client
Our client is a well-known bank and they are seeking for Assistant Manager, IT Operation & Support Service to join their IT team.
Job Description
- Responsible for all bank's system regular enhancement, maintenance and support
- Lead and supervise support service team to provide user support and troubleshoot
- Review business requirements and provide constructive feedback
- Review log and liaise with development and infrastructure team to ensure bank's system quality
- Conduct regular review on system operation and establish proper guidelines and procedure to enhance overall work efficiency
- Prepare technical documents and assist in risk impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Experience in monitoring and supporting bank's system such as EIS, OA, online banking, AML or mobile banking
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in application or system support, preferably working at bank or vendor
- Team leading experience is a plus
- Good team player, self-motivated and good at problem solving
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
