Our client is a globally recognized fashion brand with a sustainable business growth. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Regional Merchandising Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with HQ for the selection of merchandise and sales projection
- Be detail minded in the budget planning for every product category
- Work with local market team on the seasonal OTB for different markets
- Work with other team on product allocation
- Work with VM on the product launch and window display .
- Propose action plan after the evaluation of performance on merchandise sell through
- Collect feedback from retail team to understand customer thoughts on merchandis
- Conduct products training to trainer for retail sales team
Requirements
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in merchandising luxury or high end fashion
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skill
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
