About our client
Our client is a reputable high-end goods retailer with a global presence. They are looking for an Application Analyst to join their regional IT team.
About the role
- Handling requests related to the ERP system, including system implementation, maintenance, data management
- Providing IT solutions and supports to internal users, including business analysts and project managers, for data analytics and opportunity exposure
- Assist in the implementation or enhancement projects related to internal systems, such as requirement gathering, roll-out, UAT, and documentation
- Liaising with internal parties and external vendors to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- With experience in supporting mainstream ERP systems, such as D365/SAP/Oracle.
- Experience in retail-related systems, such as POS, CRM, and e-Commerce
- Familiar with SQL is a plus
- With regional exposure is a plus
- Being analytics, innovative and proactive in problem-solving
- Having strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
