About The Client
Our client is a global luxury retail group and they are looking for Application Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Project management from end to end, including requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, vendor management and launch planning
- Determine the prioritizations of projects and monitor project deliverables
- Lead POS system and mobile CRM implementation and enhancement
- Work closely with regional IT team, business operation team and external vendor to support store retail systems and its related evolution
- Provide support, assist in deployment and troubleshooting whenever necessary
- Prepare business requirement documentation and user training after system go live
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail system management, preferably in global retail
- Experience in retail POS system, Salesforce CRM and/or mobile application implementation and enhancement
- Proven project management experience from end to end
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge in smart retail or digital solution is an absolute advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and eager to learn, potential to lead regional project independently
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
