About The Client
Our clients are global retail and conglomerate and they are looking for Application Support to join their IT team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and provide application support on ERP/POS system
- Handle 1st tier support and handle daily enquiry from users
- Conduct system testing and deployment, troubleshooting and bugs reporting
- Assist in IT project management tasks to ensure project delivered on time
- Prepare documents and user training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in application support on ERP/POS/SAP/CRM system
- Proficient in Window Server, SharePoint or Dynamic AX is preferred
- Experience in either one of the following language: SQL, XML, IIS
- Eager to learn and able to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
