About the Client:
Our client is a global fashion brand with a need to hire an Application Support, responsible for helpdesk support on SAP/ POS systems.
About the Role:
Reporting to Assistant Application Manager, you will perform application support for SAP/ POS systems. You will perform application deployment, and prepare documentation and user manual. You will conduct user training.
The Successful Applicant:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 1 year experience of operation support on retail system (POS, CRM) and application support in office environment.
- Experience with retail industries is preferred.
- Hands on experience in the development, implementation and maintenance support of Microsoft .NET web applications.
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
