Our client is a multi-national company within the Engineering sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Talent Management Manager.
About the role
- As a leader to drive staff learning and development initiatives in the region
- Carry out analysis of talent development and training needs, together with management, business and other key stakeholders to design and manage the implantation of performance management, talent management & succession planning, leadership development plan to achieve business objectives
- Initiate, develop and lead talent development programmes, such as campus talent acquisition, young talent programme and projects
- Localize and implement global HR talent management projects in the region
- Cultivate performance culture and support talent development in their career with the aid of the performance management system
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent management strategy by staying connected with different parties (internal and external) and keeping updated on the latest talent development best practice
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Human Resources or Talent Management related field
- Minimum 10 years talent management and development experience gained in multi-national organizations with regional exposure is highly preferred
- Experience in engineering industry with will be an advantage
- Solid experience using talent development tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with different stakeholders
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
