About the Client
Our client is a market leader in the field of luxury business and travel essential. In order to cope with their business expansion, they are currently looking for an Assistant Retail Sales & Operations Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Closely monitor the daily store activities of Hong Kong & Macao
- Perform administrative duties such as sales reports, KPI reports, sales order, roster arrangements, stock taking and inventory control
- Ensure sales targets of each store are achieved
- Equip the front line populations with the concept of customer service and CRM
- Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management or candidate with related experience will also be considered
- Over 4 years of operational management experience in Retail Store. Candidates with luxury retail exposure are preferred
- Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Good PC skills and knowledge in MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
