Assistant Accountant ($18k pm)
About The Client:
Our client is a fast-growing listed company. They are now looking for an assistant accountant to support their accounting team in their Hong Kong office.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Accountant, you will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Processing payments and maintaining accounts payable records accurately and timely.
- Help in preparing the Monthly Financial Reports (full set) & breakdown for the Accountant review.
- Performing reconciliations of accounts.
- Help on invoice preparation.
- Assist in ad hoc finance projects as assigned.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance.
- 0 - 1 year of audit / accounting experience.
- Proficient in Excel and English
- Self-motivated, positive, able to work as a team and willing to learn.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
