About the Client
Our client is a renowned FMCG group with diversified business across the globe. They are looking for a seasoned professional to join the company as the Assistant C&B Manager.
About the Role
Reporting to the C&B Manager, you will assist in the development and implementation of the C&B policy and procedures. Besides, you will participate in the C&B market surveys and analyse results to ensure market competitiveness. In addition, you will be involved in annual C&B exercises, including but not limited to medical plan and insurance renewals, job grading exercise, benchmark benefit and salary surveys to ensure the business programs are equitable and aligned to business objectives. Lastly, you will assist in the development and execution of the C&B programs.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines with at least 5 years compensation & Benefits experience in any MNC or listed company. You should be well versed in HK & China Employment Ordinance and related legislation. You should be familiar with MS Office. Being knowledgeable in SAP or other HRIS will be a plus. In addition, you should be detail-minded and have strong numeric sense. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must.
