Our client is a Hong Kong listed conglomerate with diversified businesses in Hong Kong. They are looking for a seasoned professional to join the company as the Assistant C&B Manager.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior C&B Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits functions including payroll processing, benefits administration and taxation for the corporate quarters. Besides, you will participate in the C&B market surveys and analyse the results to ensure market competitiveness. In addition, you will be involved in annual C&B exercises, including but not limited to medical plan and insurance renewals, job grading exercise, benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure the business programs are equitable and aligned to business objectives. Lastly, you will assist in the development and execution of the C&B programs.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines with at least 8 years Compensation & Benefits experience in sizeable MNCs or listed companies. You should be well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation and familiar with MS Office. Being knowledgeable in Peoplesoft or other HRIS will be a plus. In addition, you should be detail-minded and have strong numeric sense. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills essential and proficiency in English and Cantonese required for this role.
