About Our Client
Our client is a well-known hospitality leader. They are currently looking for a payroll operation talent to join and supervise their HR team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
- Supervise a small team and handle full spectrum of payroll services including but not limited to payroll calculation and administration, MPF, tax filing and related payroll activities
- Work along with C&B project team in annual salary and bonus review
- Administer the effectiveness and efficiency of payroll system
- Maintain and update employees personnel data in the HRIS
- Work closely with dedicated business units for any payroll issues/ enquiries
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration/ Human Resources
- Minimum 6 years' experience in payroll operation, ideally from sizeable company
- Fast-paced and outgoing personality, adapt to change
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good command of English and Cantonese
