About the Client
Our client is one of the conglomerates with reputable brand name in the market. Due to the growth plan, they are looking for an agile Assistant C&B Manager to join the team.
About the Role
- Responsible for C&B operation tasks such as handling monthly payroll calculation and checking, benefits administration and renewal
- Participate in C&B annual tasks and project including but not limited to salary benchmarking, bonus scheme review and staff cost budgeting
- Assist in preparing reporting for management review
- Review and implement human resources policies and practices to ensure in compliance with all employment related ordinances and company requirements
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects if required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder of Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
- Minimum of 6 years' hands-on C&B experience in sizeable company
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with the stakeholders and regional staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details and be a strong individual contributor
- Positive attitude and strong drive to succeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Powerpoint & Excel)
- Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
