About the Company
Our client a listed hospitality group with sound presence in Asia. A rare opportunity has arisen and they are now inviting an Assistant Chief Engineer to join their growing dynamic team.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Engineer and supervising a team of maintenance staff on facility's repair and maintenance, you will ensure a smooth daily operation and guest appeal of the hospitality property. You will perform regular scheduled safety inspections to ensure property and facilities are in compliance with company's policies, procedures, as well as local laws and regulations. You will be working closely with department heads and the engineering team to ensure operational excellence and the best building condition is achieved.
Requirements
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Engineering Manager position working at a luxury hotel and/or serviced apartment. You will be a degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical and/or Building Services Engineering with certificates of Construction Industry Safety and Qualified Electrician. You will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to demonstrate strong abilities in budget management and planning. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a pre-requisite for this position.
