Our client is a Top Tier Luxury Brand. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for a high calibre to join their team as Assistant Client Engagement Manager in Event Management.
Responsibilities
- Support in full spectrum of event management - from plan and execute, to post event analysis for VIP/ in-store events to drive the growth of new member and member retention
- Enhance customer experience and journey
- Support on client segmentation and giftings
- Work closely with Store Manager and Client Development Manager
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 6 years' CRM experience in luxury brands
- Strong in people skills, communication skills and analytic skills
- Good command in Chinese and English
