Job Description
Our client is a stable and progressive company that offers an online platform for money lending purposes. They are currently inviting seasoned credit risk professional to join as part of the risk management team.
Working closely with the VP Risk, you will support consumer lending business strategies at risk justified level and aligned with regulatory requirements. You will involve in periodic reviews of credit risk policies, procedures and committee governance structures; ensure consistent application and enforcement of credit policies in credit operations functions. You will also prepare ad hoc reporting(s) to monitor credit quality and risk distributions, caps and triggers; participate in working groups to monitor project progresses. As a credit risk professional, you will be the risk specialist anticipating changes in credit conditions and advise action plans to mitigate potential risks.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in Risk Management, Statistics or related disciplines, with at least 5 years' experience from retail banking environment focusing on credit risk management. Sound knowledge in credit analysis and management will be essential, and the flexibility working in a fast paced team environment with tight deadlines will help excel in this role. Proficiency in Chinese and English required, and candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
