Our client is a Top Tier Watches & Jewellery Brand. To cope with potential strong business growth in 2023, they are now looking for a high calibre to join their team as Assistant CRM Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM & marketing programs to drive the growth of new member and member retention
- Support in analyzing clients' behaviour, store performance and market trends, translating the findings into actionable recommendation applicable to individual boutiques
- Prepare regular CRM KPI reports to monitor store performance
- Enhance and optimise the use of CRM tools and system
- Support on client segmentation and giftings
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 6 years' CRM experience in luxury brands
- Knowledge in Salesforce
- Strong in people skills, communication skills and analytic skills
- Good command in Chinese and English
